At Actinolite we believe that great wine is grown and guided, rather than made. We source our wines from producers who farm in harmony with nature – sustainably, organically, biodynamically. They use the cellar as an opportunity to guide a wine to its point of best and most unique expression, often without the use of additives, purchased yeasts, enzymes, or sulphur. Our wine program focuses on small to medium sized producers from both the Old and New World who have a story to tell. Just as our food is reminiscent of time and place, we believe that wine is a reflection of the people and places that produce it. Our wines are distinct, they are truly alive, and we welcome you to come and discover them along with us.
